Have your questions about Worthy answered.

You get to choose how you'll receive the payment. The options for payment are: via bank transfer (ACH), check, or Paypal. Once you've chosen your payment method, we take care of getting the money from the buyer to you as quickly as possible.
Please note:

  • PayPal is not available for transactions over $5K.
  • In some cases, we may need to verify your payment information over the phone after the auction. In that case payment may be delayed until we are able to reach you to complete the verification step.

Once the sale is complete and payment details have been provided, we collect payment from the buyer for your valuables and start processing your payment. As these are professional buyers, this can typically take anywhere from 5-10 business days before we issue the payment to you. We will always work as hard as we can to ensure you are paid as quickly as possible.
Once we've issued the payment, receipt of the funds varies depending on the payment method you select and works as follows:

  • PayPal: Same day
  • Bank Transfer (ACH): 1-3 business days
  • Mailed Check: 1-10 business days

Payment for multiple pieces of jewelry is processed once all sales are complete.

Incorrect payment information, i.e. wrong address or account number will result in payment delays.
